Before you install
Both installers are unsigned right now, macOS and Windows will warn about an unidentified developer on first launch. DeepScan never phones home; the source is fully readable on GitHub.
On the Mac, if you see “Apple could not verify”: open System Settings → Privacy & Security, scroll down, and click Open Anyway next to DeepScan. On Windows, click More info then Run anyway on the SmartScreen prompt.
